Why the team matters
Capacity building is delivered by people who have done the work. ATI draws on practitioners with direct experience of transnational investigations, port and maritime security, environmental governance, and forensic science.
That experience is what makes the training practical rather than theoretical. It is also why participating agencies send officers who are already in post.
